Access to the hotel was easy.

I was deeply disappointed with the cleanliness. The shower door had mold, and the shower floor was dirty. To top it off, the hot tub was not functioning as expected, ruining my chance to relax after my long drive.

I woudl ve been thrilled with an upgrade, but alas, no special treatment for me. even the supposed nice staff were nowhere to be found when I needed them, what a letdown. I almost considered a better review, but just couldn’t.

The beds were okay and provided a decent night's sleep after a long day of travel.

The carpet looked disgusting and the tub didn’t drain, indicating a lack of proper housekeeping.

I enjoyed my stay with a comfortable King Room and a great ambiance throughout, but the Jacuzzi was dirty, marring the experience just a bit.

The junior king suite was super comfy with air conditioning, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The TV had cable channels, and I loved the feather pillows. The spa bath was really relaxing after a long day. It was quiet, so I slept like a baby. Staff service was on point, too! They were all really nice and helpful.

It was just a fine choice for a trip in Clarksville with value for money. The staff were friendly, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Make sure to enjoy the on-site dining—they have improved the menu!

The customer service was impressive, especially from Sharee at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist me. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed that provided a restful sleep after my long workdays. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful breakfast with freshly baked pastries and a selection of gourmet coffee, making mornings a pleasure.
